The Rognan pilot jacket is a versatile choice for anyone who needs reliable protection in changeable weather and poor visibility conditions. Thanks to its 4-in-1 design, the collar and sleeves can be removed, and the pile lining can be taken out as well, allowing the jacket to adapt from a cool autumn day right through to a harsh winter. A button placket on the collar also allows a separately available hood to be attached.
The outer fabric, a sturdy blend of cotton and polyester, weighs in at around 250 g/m², striking a balance between durability and comfort, and comes with a water-repellent coating that keeps the wearer dry in rain or damp conditions. The polyester lining and pile fleece provide cosy warmth without feeling bulky, while the ribbed cuffs and hem keep out draughts. The two-way front zip makes opening and closing easy even while wearing gloves and adds extra freedom of movement.
The reflective stripes running around the body, shoulders and sleeves meet the requirements of EN 17353 Type B3, helping the wearer be seen clearly in low light or darkness, an important safety feature for anyone working near traffic or on construction sites. Classified as PPE Category 2, the jacket offers practical protection for outdoor work in conditions of reduced visibility.
With seven pockets in total, including two chest pockets, a phone pocket, two hip pockets, a sleeve pocket and an inner pocket, the Rognan offers plenty of storage for tools, documents and personal items. It is particularly well suited to road construction, winter maintenance, logistics and other outdoor jobs where visibility and dependable weather protection matter.
