The Molde pilot jacket is a versatile winter jacket for anyone working outdoors in cold or changeable weather, whether on site, in a warehouse or out in the field. Its standout feature is the 4-in-1 design: the collar and sleeves can be removed, as can the faux-fur lining, turning the warm winter jacket into a lighter transitional layer whenever needed. That means one jacket adapts to the season instead of needing a separate piece of clothing for every temperature.
The outer fabric, a cotton-polyester blend at around 250 g/m², feels sturdy without being bulky, and the water-repellent coating keeps it reliable in wet weather. The polyester lining and faux-fur pile add warmth while keeping the jacket light to wear. Ribbed cuffs at the sleeves and hem seal out draughts, the two-way front zip opens from top or bottom for easier movement when sitting, and a button placket at the collar allows a matching hood (sold separately) to be attached.
The jacket also scores with its practical pocket layout: two chest pockets, a phone pocket, two hip pockets, a sleeve pocket and an inside pocket provide plenty of room for tools, phone and personal items. It comes in sizes S to 4XL and is supplied in packs of 10, making it a solid choice for outfitting whole teams.
