The 301835 parka from Rofa's NOMEX® collection is designed for anyone who needs dependable multinorm-grade outerwear in cold, wet conditions. The stand-up collar, two-way zip at the centre front and the additional snap-button placket with a rain gutter keep wind and moisture firmly out. The hood can be removed when not needed, letting the parka adapt to different weather conditions and work situations.
The outer fabric is a twill weave made from 98% aramid and 2% other fibres, reinforced with a PU membrane, which makes the parka windproof and water-resistant without adding bulk. The lining, a plain-weave fabric of 65% cotton and 35% polyester, keeps the parka comfortable to wear even during long shifts outdoors. Velcro tabs at the cuffs and an internal drawcord at the waist allow the fit to be adjusted to the wearer's build and the layers worn underneath.
The parka is well thought out in terms of storage, featuring two flapped chest pockets and two flapped side pockets, all secured with snap buttons, plus an inside pocket on the left for valuables or documents. The 25mm reflective strips running around the body and sleeves add extra visibility in poor light. A service zip gives quick access, useful for tools or equipment that need to stay within easy reach.
