The PW3 Hi-Vis Rain Trousers are built for anyone working outdoors in wet conditions who needs to stay both dry and visible. Part of the PW3 collection, they combine easily into a complete hi-vis outfit and are available up to size 4XL.
The 3-layer fabric is waterproof, windproof and breathable all at once, reinforced with stretch panels across key movement zones and a stretch-jersey outer layer. Taped seams stop water getting in at the stitch lines, while the PFAS-free Texpel Splash finish makes water bead off the surface rather than soak in. Pre-shaped knees and a gusseted crotch allow freedom of movement without putting strain on the seams. In practice, that means long shifts in the rain without the trousers feeling clammy or weighed down.
The trousers are certified to EN343 Class 4:4, which stands for very high waterproofing and breathability, making them suitable for sustained wear in heavy rain. They also meet EN ISO 20471 after 50 wash cycles, so visibility performance holds up over the working life of the garment. Practical touches such as the adjustable hem with hook-and-loop fastening, the internal boot clip that stops the leg riding up, and the zipped side pockets make these trousers a solid choice for groundworks, road construction and other outdoor jobs where staying dry and staying seen both matter.
