The 3850GR multinorm parka is built for anyone working outdoors in wind, rain and cold who also faces more than one type of hazard on the job. It combines solid weather protection with several safety features in a single jacket, making it suitable for environments where a standard rain parka simply isn't enough.
The outer shell is made from 98% polyester with a 2% carbon content, which gives the fabric its anti-static properties against electrostatic charge. Inside, a fleece lining provides warmth without restricting movement. The detachable inner jacket in polyester fleece turns this parka into a three-season garment: the outer shell alone is enough in milder weather, while the warm layer simply zips in for winter use. Features such as the concealed two-way front zip with a storm flap, the roll-away and detachable hood with drawcord, and the adjustable cuff tabs keep the jacket sealed against wind and rain while allowing it to fit different body types. A generous set of pockets, including a chest pocket, Velcro-closed inner pockets and an extra-large tablet pocket, also make it a practical choice for daily work involving gear and devices.
On the protection side, the parka covers several bases at once: it guards against electrostatic build-up, offers flame protection to EN ISO 14116, and is resistant to small amounts and splashes of liquid chemicals. It's also tested to EN 14058 for cold protection, meaning the jacket provides insulation and shields the wearer in cold ambient conditions. Reflective strips add extra visibility in low light.
This makes the multinorm parka a strong fit for outdoor work with changing weather and potential exposure to chemicals or open flames, such as in the chemical industry, tank storage facilities, petrochemical plants or on construction sites.
