These multi-norm bib overalls are made for craftsmen, electricians, and road and construction workers who face several hazards on the job at once. They combine high-visibility, flame, chemical and arc-flash protection in a single garment, designed for extreme working conditions where standard workwear simply will not do.
The outer fabric is a sturdy cotton-polyester twill with an antistatic component, treated to be flame-retardant as well as oil-, dirt- and water-repellent. In practice that means overalls that keep their protective properties wash after wash and are suitable for industrial laundering. Reinforced knee pad pockets made from CORDURA®, Kevlar® and Protal™ add extra durability exactly where work trousers wear out fastest. Thoughtful features such as adjustable elastic braces, a hammer loop, belt loops with a D-ring, and a wide range of pockets for tools, a folding rule, phone and pens keep the overalls practical on site.
The certifications cover a broad range of risks: EN ISO 20471 Class 2 ensures good visibility in traffic, EN ISO 11612 and EN 14404 confirm protection against heat and flames including at the knees, EN ISO 11611 provides welding protection, EN 13034 protects against liquid chemicals, and EN 1149-5 dissipates static electricity. The arc-flash protection to IEC 61482-2 with an ATPV rating of 11.0 cal/cm² is particularly relevant for electricians working on live equipment.
