The HW-WESTE52 hi-vis vest from the Mauser product line is built for work environments where visibility and additional protection both matter. With a blue collar and trim plus a well thought-out pocket layout, it is designed for practical daily use, from construction sites to industrial settings. The size range from 5XL to 4XL covers virtually every build, making it a straightforward choice for mixed teams as well.
The fabric is a blend of 79% cotton, 20% polyester and 1% antistatic special fibres, at a solid weight of around 350 g/m². The result is a material that feels comfortable to wear while remaining hard-wearing under mechanical stress. The permanent flame-retardant finish and the FC finish last through repeated wear without needing to be reapplied. Details such as the double-stitched pockets, fully finished seams and bar-tacked seam ends help the vest keep its shape even with daily use and frequent loading of the pockets.
Certification to EN 1149 confirms the vest's antistatic properties: it dissipates electrostatic charge and reduces the risk of sparking, making it suitable for tasks in environments with an elevated risk of electrostatic discharge. As Category II PPE, it is designed to cover medium-level risks for regular professional use.
