The Modaflame Knit FR long-sleeve T-shirt is a flame-resistant base layer from the Modaflame™ Knit HVO collection, built for workers who face heat, open flame or electrostatic hazards on the job. Designed to be worn underneath primary protective clothing, it pairs genuine safety performance with a level of comfort not always found in protective garments.
The knit fabric's high cotton content keeps the shirt comfortable against the skin even during long shifts, while the ribbed knit cuffs on the sleeves add warmth and a snug, secure fit. Crucially for everyday use, the inherent flame resistance is built into the fibre itself and is not affected by washing, so the protection stays intact for the working life of the garment.
The shirt guards against radiant, convective and contact heat, and its antistatic properties make it suitable for use in ATEX environments where explosion risk is a concern.
