Product information "Lifting Strap WLL 4000 kg Grey 2 Metre"
This lifting sling with a working load limit of 4000 kg is built for lifting tasks where loads need to be moved safely and under control. The 120 mm width combined with the grey colour coding makes it easy to identify the load capacity at a glance on site or in the warehouse. Its slim profile makes the sling especially useful for lifting through narrow openings where wider or stiffer lifting gear would not fit.
The sling is made from 2-ply polyester. This construction delivers high load-bearing capacity while keeping the sling's own weight low, so it is easy to handle, transport and wrap around loads without compromising on stability. Polyester also offers solid durability for everyday use in demanding work environments.
EN 1492-1 sets out the requirements for round and flat woven webbing slings made from man-made fibres, ensuring that load capacity, labelling and construction meet tested safety standards. A safety factor of 7:1 provides a solid margin above the stated working load, adding extra confidence during daily use. The TÜV/GS certification further confirms that the product has passed independent safety testing.
The sling is available as cut-to-length webbing in 2, 4 and 6 metre versions and is supplied as pack goods with a set minimum order quantity per unit, making it a practical choice for regular use in warehouses, logistics, construction sites and manufacturing operations.
