The LeiKaFlex® Cut arm guard protects the forearm and wrist in situations where gloves alone aren't enough. At 30 cm long and cut in the wider "WIDE" fit, it covers a generous area and suits anyone working with cutting or sharp-edged materials who needs extra protection above the wrist, complementing hand protection rather than replacing it.
Knitted from a special fibre blend of HPPE, glass fibre, polyester and elastane, the sleeve is soft, light and flexible rather than stiff or bulky. In practice that means it goes on like a regular garment, barely restricts movement, and stays comfortable even during long shifts. The thumb hole keeps it from riding up while you work, and the elastic upper-arm cuff holds it securely in place without cutting in. The breathable construction lets air circulate, which makes a real difference in comfort during extended use.
The cut resistance meets Cut Level C (TDM), giving medium-to-high protection against injuries from sharp blades or edges. In everyday work that translates into real added safety for a part of the arm that's often exposed when handling tools, knives or sheet metal.
The arm guard is typically used in metalworking, glass processing, slaughterhouses and food processing, and anywhere sharp or cutting materials are handled and hand protection alone doesn't extend far enough up the arm.
