The ROFA TREND bib overalls 087516 APC 1 are built for anyone who works around heat, open flame or welding sparks on a daily basis. As multi-norm workwear, they cover several hazard types at once, making them a practical choice for workplaces where different risks overlap. An adjustable waistband and stretch-panel braces keep the fit comfortable during long shifts, while the various pockets keep tools and small items within easy reach.
The fabric is a sturdy twill weave made from 78% cotton, 20% polyester and 2% other fibres, weighing around 330 g/sqm. That weight gives the material real durability for daily wear without making it feel stiff or bulky. Crucially, the Proban® fabric keeps its flame-resistant properties even after repeated washing, so the overalls remain a dependable long-term solution rather than protection that fades over time.
The treated fabric guards against thermal hazards from heat and flames as well as welding work, and it protects against the thermal effects of an electric arc flash. It also shields against small amounts of sprayed or splashed chemicals and is electrostatically dissipative, which lowers the risk of sparking from static build-up. This combination makes the overalls well suited to welders, electricians and industrial workers facing arc flash risk, where several thermal and chemical hazards can occur side by side.
