The NITRAS MOTION TEX PLUS is a softshell jacket designed for anyone working outdoors in changeable weather who still wants full freedom of movement. At 340 g/sqm it sits in the mid-weight range, making it suitable both as a standalone jacket in cooler seasons and as a warm mid-layer underneath. The detachable hood with drawcord, the extended back panel and the stand-up collar allow it to adapt to different weather conditions.
The soft softshell fabric feels pleasant against the skin and barely restricts movement even during overhead tasks. The thermal lining and the built-in pulse warmers make a noticeable difference in cold conditions, while the reinforced elbow areas add extra durability exactly where wear is highest. Adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop fasteners and the drawcord at the hem can be fitted to the body shape, keeping wind and cold out. The continuous YKK zipper with chin guard and internal wind flap adds further comfort, so no draught gets in around the collar.
The outer fabric withstands heavier rain thanks to a water column of 8,000 mm while staying breathable, letting moisture escape instead of building up inside. Reflective elements on the chest along with reflective piping on the back of the sleeves and on the back panel improve visibility in low light or darkness, a real safety benefit for anyone working outdoors or near traffic. Interior, chest and side pockets provide plenty of storage for tools, a phone or documents, keeping the jacket practical for everyday work use.
