The MOTION TEX PLUS parka from NITRAS is built for anyone who works outdoors in wind, rain and cold and needs to stay warm while doing it. At 300 g/sqm, it offers the durability required for daily use on construction sites or in field service without feeling bulky. The extended back panel keeps cold drafts away from the lower back even when bending or reaching overhead.
Welded seams make the parka windproof and waterproof, a detail that proves its worth during long spells of rain on the job. The warm lining and the soft fleece stand-up collar keep the wearer comfortable even in low temperatures, while reinforced elbow panels protect the areas that see the most wear during daily work. Adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop fasteners and a drawcord at the hem allow a custom fit that keeps wind from getting in. The full-length YKK zipper with an inner and outer wind flap completes the weatherproofing.
The parka is also well thought out in terms of storage and features: two chest and two side pockets, an inner pocket and a sleeve pocket provide ample room, and the chest pocket includes a loop for an ID card holder, useful for everyday work. The roll-up hood with drawcord can be tucked away when not needed, and the wrist warmers add extra protection in freezing conditions. Reflective elements improve visibility in low light or darkness. With a water column rating of 2,000 mmH2O and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100® certification, this parka suits professional outdoor use just as well as anyone who wants to stay warm and dry in any weather.
