The RT63 is a waterproof shell jacket from our hi-vis range, built for anyone working outdoors in road, construction or rail environments who needs to stay visible whatever the weather. Its interactive zip lets you attach a matching hi-vis fleece, turning the jacket into a layered system rather than a single garment for colder days.
The durable fabric is windproof, breathable and water-repellent all at once, with taped seams that keep moisture out completely. In practice that means staying dry without overheating underneath. A storm flap at the front, hook-and-loop cuff fastenings and a two-way zip keep the jacket secure in wind and rain while making it quick to adjust on the move. Four pockets, including a concealed phone pocket and an inner chest pocket, give plenty of storage, and the hood is detachable and stows away when not needed.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471, tested after 50 washes, so the reflective tape keeps doing its job well beyond the first few wears. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays for extra protection during outdoor work. In orange, it additionally meets RIS 3279-TOM, the standard for the rail industry, making it suitable for trackside work. CE certification and UKCA marking complete the picture.
