The DX446 is the warm-weather alternative to the full-length DX442, built for anyone who needs hi-vis protection without overheating on site. As part of the DX4 range, it combines an ergonomic, slim-fit cut with genuine freedom of movement, rather than relying on a loose, boxy fit.
The 4-way stretch fabric is placed exactly where movement matters most on the job, backed up by an elasticated gusset that keeps the shorts comfortable when bending or climbing. A high-rise back waistband with side elastication stays put in every working position, while the Texpel™ Stain Eco coating repels dirt and water, keeping the shorts easier to maintain through a demanding workday. Triple-stitched seams add the extra durability needed for daily wear and tear.
With 15 pockets in total, storage is genuinely practical: generous front pockets and zipped side cargo pockets are joined by detachable holster pockets, reinforced side pockets, a large zipped rear pocket, a concealed phone pocket, plus a hammer loop, glove holder and D-ring for keys or an ID badge.
The heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape is certified to EN ISO 20471 and retains its performance after 25 washes, making these shorts a solid choice for construction, roadworks or logistics roles where staying visible throughout the shift is essential.
