The DX4 Hi-Vis service trousers are built for anyone who's on the move all day and needs to stay visible and fully equipped while doing it. The slim-fit cut combined with strategically placed 4-way stretch panels moves with the body instead of fighting it, which makes a real difference when bending, climbing or kneeling on the job.
The Texpel™ Stain Eco coating helps dirt and moisture bead off rather than soak in, keeping the trousers cleaner and more presentable even after tough shifts. Triple-stitched seams and an elasticated gusset in the crotch boost both durability and flexibility, while the high-rise back waistband with side elastic keeps everything in place even when working in a crouched position. Eleven well-placed pockets, including zipped cargo pockets, a rule pocket, a concealed phone pocket and a D-ring for keys or ID, mean tools and essentials are always within reach.
The trousers carry EN ISO 20471 certification, explicitly rated after 25 washes, so visibility performance holds up under regular working conditions rather than just out of the box. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, and a heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape adds further visibility in demanding environments. In the Orange/Black colourway, the trousers also meet RIS-3279-TOM requirements for the rail industry, making them a solid choice for trackside work. CE certified and UKCA marked, they cover both EU and UK compliance requirements.
