The Hi-Vis 5-in-1 Jacket Essential is a complete hi-vis system built for anyone working outdoors in changing conditions who needs to stay visible whatever the weather. The outer jacket and removable inner jacket can be worn separately or together, and the sleeves detach as well, giving 5 different wear options that adapt to temperature and task. Starting the day in the cold and finishing it in the sun no longer means swapping jackets, just reconfiguring the one you have on.
The fabric is waterproof with taped seams, so no water gets in at the seams even in heavy rain, and the outer surface is finished to be highly water-repellent, causing rain to bead off rather than soak in. That keeps the jacket noticeably lighter to wear and cuts down drying time after a shift. Day-to-day practicality comes from the 7 pockets in total, including a concealed phone pocket, an inner chest pocket and a dual ID holder that takes cards in portrait or landscape, plus a radio loop for anyone who needs to stay in contact. Adjustable cuffs and a stowaway hood let the wearer fine-tune the fit, and the two-way zip means quick, easy access.
Both the inner and outer jacket are certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3, the highest class for hi-vis clothing, meaning maximum visibility through reflective strips and fluorescent panels, including in low light. This certification is maintained after 50 washes, which matters for garments used daily over a long period. The fabric also carries EN 342 certification for cold protection down to -36 °C, and is rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays, a real benefit for outdoor work in strong sun.
