Product information "Gloves SHOWA CC700"
The SHOWA CC700 is a long nitrile safety glove designed for tasks where both the hand and forearm need protection from mechanical and chemical hazards at the same time. At roughly 350 to 370 mm in length, it extends well past the wrist, making it suitable for jobs where splashes, oils or sharp materials could also pose a risk further up the arm.
The glove is built on an 18-gauge HPPE liner with a polyamide component, fully coated in blue nitrile with an additional coating covering the entire hand. This combination of liner and double coating delivers high cut resistance while keeping the glove flexible enough for detailed handwork rather than feeling stiff. The fully textured surface provides a secure grip even on oily or greasy surfaces, and the antibacterial, odour-resistant treatment makes it more comfortable during extended wear.
The CC700 is tested to EN 388 for mechanical hazards such as cutting and abrasion, to EN 407 for heat exposure with Level 1 contact heat resistance, and to EN 374 Type A, Category 3 for chemical protection. The coating is based on the proven CS720 and CS721 technology and reliably guards against oils, hydrocarbons and greases, while the HPPE fibre delivers the high E/A5 cut-resistance rating.
This makes the glove well suited to the metal and automotive industries, maintenance and repair work, and any environment involving oils, greases or sharp-edged components. Supplied as bulk packaging with a minimum order of 6 pieces, it is built for regular commercial demand.
