The A882 glove is built for work environments where both chemical exposure and static electricity are a concern. Designed as an ESD glove, it is intended for settings where the build-up of static charge must be avoided, such as electronics manufacturing or sensitive equipment handling. At the same time, its PVC coating provides chemical resistance, making it suitable for tasks where both requirements overlap.
The glove is made from double-dipped PVC with a roughened palm surface, which gives a secure grip even when hands are wet or surfaces are slippery. Inside, a flock-lined, seamless lining keeps it comfortable to wear over extended periods without chafing. At 1.5mm thick and 300mm long, it extends well past the wrist, offering added protection when handling liquids. The PVC coating is free from phthalates and REACH compliant.
The A882 is CE certified and classified as CE Category III, covering protective equipment against risks that could cause irreversible harm or death. It also carries UKCA marking, allowing use in the UK market as well. This makes it a practical choice for professionals in the chemical industry, laboratories, or electronics manufacturing who need a glove that reliably resists chemicals while also dissipating static charge.
