The D Chemical B Latex gauntlet glove is designed for food processing and handling environments. Its long gauntlet cuff extends to the forearm, giving full coverage in situations where a standard-length glove falls short, such as working with liquids or reaching into deeper containers.
The latex construction resists chemicals and solvents as well as fats, animal fats and oils commonly encountered in kitchens and production facilities. The crinkle-finish surface adds real grip: tools, containers and slippery food items are easier to hold securely, reducing the risk of drops.
The glove is CE certified and CE approved for food contact, and its blue colour meets food safety regulations, making foreign particles easier to spot. It also provides heat contact protection up to 250°C for 15 seconds, useful for brief contact with hot surfaces or food. UKCA marking extends this certification to the UK market.
This makes the glove well suited to staff in butcheries, fish processing, catering kitchens and other food businesses where chemical resistance, secure grip and protection against fats and oils all matter on the job.
