This softshell jacket is cut specifically for women and designed for anyone working in road construction, on building sites or behind the wheel who needs to stay visible on the job. The two-tone design with contrasting high vis colours makes it stand out from a distance, while the slimmer women's fit offers a more comfortable feel than standard unisex hi-vis workwear.
The three-layer softshell fabric, made from polyester with a touch of elastane, gives the jacket a soft, stretchy feel without compromising on durability. With a waterproofing rating of 11,000 mm and windproof construction, it holds up well in changeable weather, while the breathable fabric helps prevent moisture building up on the inside. The extended back, adjustable drawcord waist and hook-and-loop cuffs allow the fit to be adjusted for movement or weather conditions, and the fleece-lined collar adds extra comfort around the neck. The hood is detachable, useful when it would otherwise get in the way of a helmet.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471 class 2, meeting the requirements for high visibility clothing in medium-risk environments such as roadworks or construction sites with vehicle traffic. Wide reflective stripes across the body and sleeves, along with contrast-coloured shoulder panels, further improve visibility in poor light, while darker panels in areas prone to dirt help the jacket stay presentable during daily work.
