This high vis work trouser from Blaklader is cut specifically for women, with a proper female fit and tapered leg instead of a resized men's pattern. It's designed for tradeswomen, drivers, road workers and construction workers who need to stay visible on the job without sacrificing freedom of movement. Stretch panels at the crotch and calves let the trouser move with you when bending, climbing or crouching instead of restricting you.
The outer fabric is a hard-wearing 2-way stretch denim made from cotton, polyester and polyamide with a CORDURA® content, which stays in shape under daily site wear while feeling grippy and durable to the touch. The kneepad pockets sit on the outside and are further reinforced with CORDURA® stretch, with stretch panels above the knee for a better ergonomic fit when working on your knees. The inside leg seam is triple-stitched for added longevity under heavy use, and the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification confirms the fabric has been tested for harmful substances.
The trouser is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1 and belongs to certification group W, meaning that when paired with a correspondingly certified top, it delivers the required visibility on roads and construction sites. The 60 mm wide, segmented reflective stripes run around both legs, helping wearers be spotted early in poor light conditions. Combined with kneepads 4027, 4032, 4057 or 4058, the trouser also meets the requirements of EN 14404-3 for knee protection.
On the practical side, the trouser features extra-wide tool pockets with tool loops, a reinforced ruler pocket with knife holder and pen pocket, plus leg pockets with hook-and-loop closure and a mesh phone pocket inside.
