The DX4 Hi-Vis Winter Jacket is built for anyone who needs to stay safe and comfortable through cold, wet and low-visibility conditions on site. Its modern cut and stretch fabric set it apart from bulky, old-style hi-vis workwear, while still delivering the full performance that professionals expect from serious winter protection.
The breathable, windproof and stretch fabric moves with the body instead of restricting it, and welded seams combined with the PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish keep water beading off the surface rather than soaking in. The InsulatexPro insulation adds genuine warmth without weighing the jacket down, and because the shoulders are seam-free, waterproof protection stays intact exactly where it matters most. Pre-shaped sleeves and elbows, a brushed microfleece collar and an adjustable hood with storm flap keep the jacket comfortable through long shifts outdoors.
Certified to EN342, the jacket is proven to protect against cold down to -40°C, and its 40+ UPF rated fabric blocks 98% of UV rays. A heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape built to Hi-Vis-Tex Pro standard keeps wearers visible in poor conditions. The jacket carries CE certification, UKCA marking, and also meets RIS 3279-TOM for rail industry use in the orange colourway.
With seven pockets, including a dedicated tablet and phone pocket, a radio mic loop and a detachable ID card holder, the jacket is designed for real outdoor work such as rail maintenance, road construction and logistics, wherever high visibility, cold protection and freedom of movement all matter at once. A branding access point also makes it well suited to corporate workwear programmes.
