The NITRAS GUNOVA is a chemical-protective apron designed for workplaces where clothing needs to be shielded from splashes, moisture and aggressive substances. Measuring 80 x 100 cm, it covers the torso and leg area reliably and suits both food processing environments and other settings with strict hygiene and protection requirements.
The apron is made from sturdy PVC film, 0.3 mm thick, cut without a knitted backing. This gives it a robust yet flexible feel that stays comfortable to wear even during long shifts without feeling stiff. Reinforced, heat-welded plastic eyelets increase tear resistance at the attachment points, while neck and side straps made of polyester twill tape allow a secure, adjustable fit.
Classified as chemical-protective clothing Type PB [3] and Type PB [4], the apron falls under PSA risk category III, the category reserved for equipment protecting against serious, irreversible health hazards. Types PB [3] and PB [4] refer to limited splash protection and spray protection against chemicals, making the apron suitable for tasks involving occasional or wider contact with liquid chemicals.
Thanks to its food-contact safety, the GUNOVA is particularly well suited to the food industry, commercial kitchens and cleaning operations where chemical exposure and hygiene demands overlap.
