The NITRAS GUNOVA is a chemical splash apron designed for work where liquids, splashes or contaminants need to be kept reliably away from clothing. Measuring 90 x 110 cm, it offers generous coverage for the torso and legs and is suitable both for industrial use and for food-contact environments, for which it is specifically approved.
The apron is cut from tough, resistant PVC film with a thickness of 0.5 mm, without a knitted backing. This gives it a robust, easy-to-wipe-down surface that holds up well under daily use without fraying or tearing quickly. It is secured with reinforced, welded plastic eyelets and neck and side straps made of durable polyester twill tape, allowing the apron to be adjusted to fit and to stay securely in place even when worn for extended periods.
As Category III PPE, the GUNOVA meets the requirements of Type PB [3] and Type PB [4], meaning protective clothing against limited and full-surface contact with liquid chemicals. This makes it a dependable choice wherever splashing or dripping substances are handled, such as in food processing, cleaning operations or the chemical industry. Manufactured in Germany, the apron reflects consistent quality and workmanship built to a high standard.
