The Chef Jacket Basic is a classic piece of workwear for chefs of all genders, thanks to its unisex-friendly cut that suits both men and women equally well. Its comfortable fit provides plenty of freedom of movement for all the tasks that arise in a busy kitchen, while the double-breasted front with ten tone-on-tone ball buttons gives it the traditional chef jacket look. The applied breast pocket on the left side offers space for small utensils, and the cuffs feature a slit that makes rolling up the sleeves quick and easy.
Made from a sturdy twill fabric of 100% cotton weighing 185 g/m², the jacket holds up well to daily wear while remaining pleasant to wear. The pure cotton material provides a natural feel against the skin and good air circulation, which is especially appreciated during physically demanding work near hot stoves.
The jacket is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, tested by the Hohenstein Institute. This certification confirms that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and is therefore safe for direct skin contact.
