The Essential Bandana is a classic head covering tied at the back of the neck, designed for anyone who needs a simple, adaptable head covering for daily work. Whether in nursing care, wellness, cosmetics, cleaning or hospitality, the one-size design and flexible tying method make it easy to adjust to different workplaces and head shapes.
The fabric is a twill weave made from 65% recycled polyester and 35% cotton, with the polyester portion sourced from post-consumer recycled material. At 150 g/m², the fabric is pleasantly lightweight, translating into a noticeably airy feel during long shifts. At the same time, the material is colourfast and easy to care for, withstanding very high wash temperatures, which matters wherever strict hygiene standards apply.
Three certifications confirm the origin and safety of the material. The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) verifies that the recycled polyester content was produced under defined environmental and social requirements. The government-backed Green Button (Grüner Knopf) seal stands for compliance with 46 demanding social and environmental criteria, checked by independent auditors. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 further confirms that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances.
Thanks to its straightforward handling and high washability, the bandana is a practical companion in medicine, care, wellness and cosmetics, as well as anywhere head coverings need frequent washing.
