The Chef Jacket Basic is a classic unisex chef jacket designed for everyday work in kitchens and catering. Its comfortable cut allows plenty of freedom of movement, whether at the stove, the buffet, or during food prep, making it a reliable basic for chefs and kitchen staff of any gender.
Made from a twill fabric of 65% polyester and 35% cotton at 215 g/m², the jacket offers the sturdiness needed for long shifts without feeling heavy. The slit sleeve cuffs can be rolled up easily, which is practical when working conditions change throughout the day. The applied left-hand chest pocket provides space for small utensils, while the double-breasted front with 10 buttons and 10 press studs gives the jacket a traditional look combined with quick and easy dressing.
The fabric is tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and certified by Hohenstein, adding an extra layer of safety for skin contact and hygiene in professional settings.
This makes the Chef Jacket Basic suitable for restaurant kitchens as well as canteens, hotel operations, or training facilities where an uncomplicated, durable work outfit is needed. A matching short-sleeve chef shirt overlay is available as a companion piece for warmer working environments.
