The PW3 Hi-Vis 3-in-1 Pilot Jacket is built for anyone who needs dependable hi-vis workwear that keeps up with changing weather, without having to buy a separate jacket for every season. Thanks to the zip-out sleeves and detachable fleece bodywarmer, it can be worn in three different configurations, adapting from a cool autumn day right through to winter conditions.
The outer fabric is treated with PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish, so water simply beads off the surface instead of soaking in. Double stitching keeps the jacket holding up under daily wear on site or out on the road, while the ribbed cuffs and hem, together with the fully elasticated waistband, seal out draughts and add noticeable comfort. Grippy zip pullers on every fastening make the jacket easy to use even with gloves on.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471 after 25 washes, meaning it still meets hi-vis workwear requirements after repeated laundering, making it suitable for roadside work or sites with vehicle traffic. In orange, it also meets RIS 3279-TOM, extending its use into the rail industry. Heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape adds a further layer of safety wherever visibility matters most.
With six pockets, including an internal mobile phone pocket, a radio loop and a detachable ID card holder, the jacket is built around the working day of rail staff, construction workers, traffic marshals and anyone else who needs to keep essential gear close at hand.
