The PW3 Hi-Vis Winter Coverall is built for anyone who has to work outdoors through freezing conditions and bad weather while staying clearly visible. With heavy winter padding, an insulating Insulatex lining and a detachable, quilted hood, it is designed for long shifts in genuinely cold environments, not just the odd chilly morning.
The 300D Oxford fabric is PU-coated, giving it the toughness and dirt resistance to handle demanding sites, with double stitching reinforcing the areas that take the most wear. The PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish makes water bead off the surface instead of soaking in, and taped seams stop moisture getting through the stitching. In practice that means staying dry through a full day of rain or snow. The extra-long side leg zips make it far easier to get the coverall on and off over work boots, while underarm zips let heat escape when the work gets physical.
The coverall carries EN342 cold protection certification down to -36°C and keeps meeting the EN ISO 20471 hi-vis standard even after 50 washes, so visibility does not fade with regular use. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking a large share of UV radiation, which matters more than people expect in bright winter sun and snow glare. With eight functional pockets, including knee pad pockets, a rule pocket and a phone pocket, plus a radio mic loop, this coverall suits trades like road and groundworks, winter maintenance and logistics, where people spend long hours outside in the cold and need their gear close at hand.
