The PW3 Lightweight Hi-Vis Stretch Work Trousers are built for anyone who needs to stay visible on site while still moving freely all day. Instead of stiff, traditional hi-vis fabric, they use a two-way stretch material that moves with the body in every direction, which makes a real difference when you are kneeling, reaching or bending repeatedly throughout a shift. Ten pockets, including holster pockets, a concealed phone pocket and top-loading kneepad pockets, give you plenty of well-placed storage for tools and personal items.
The twill stretch fabric is treated with Texpel™ Stain Eco, a coating that repels dirt and water, so the trousers stay cleaner and ready to wear even on dusty or messy jobs. Oxford fabric reinforcement at the main wear points, combined with triple-stitched seams throughout, adds real durability exactly where trousers usually fail first, so they hold up to daily hard use rather than wearing out early. The side-elasticated, high-rise waistband stays in place in every working position, so it will not slip down when bending or crouching.
The trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471 even after 25 washes, meaning the visibility performance holds up over a long working life, which matters for hi-vis gear that sees daily wear. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful benefit for anyone spending long hours outdoors. In the Orange/Black colourway, the trousers also meet RIS 3279-TOM for the rail industry, making them suitable for trackside work.
With an extendable leg length and a size range from 28 to 48, the trousers can be fitted precisely to different body types, making them practical both for outfitting whole teams and for individual buyers.
