The 4PROTECT® Workwear bib and brace overalls are built for anyone who needs workwear that moves with the body instead of holding it back. The new stretch fabric of European origin lets the overalls flex comfortably during crouching, bending or reaching, without pulling or restricting movement. The ergonomic cut reinforces this freedom of movement, and the integrated leg extension of up to 5 cm allows the leg length to be adjusted as needed, without having to size up or down. Available in 18 sizes from 24 to 64, the overalls can accommodate a wide range of body types.
The fabric blend combines cotton with recycled and conventional polyester along with a share of elastane for stretch. The result is a garment that feels sturdy yet flexible, well suited to long working days. Areas subject to heavy wear are reinforced with panels of original CORDURA, a material known for its high resistance to abrasion and tearing, which extends the working life of the overalls considerably in demanding environments. Several pockets provide storage for tools and small items, while the bib section with elastic, adjustable braces ensures a secure and individually adjustable fit.
As Category II PPE, the overalls meet the base standard EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021 for protective clothing, which sets out general requirements for ergonomics, harmlessness and resistance to ageing. They are also certified to EN 14404-3:2024, a standard for knee protection that matters whenever work is carried out kneeling and the knees are exposed to additional strain.
This makes the 4PROTECT® Workwear bib and brace overalls a strong fit for use by public authorities and organisations, as well as in industry, logistics, automotive, security services and the events sector — anywhere freedom of movement, durability and targeted knee protection are needed on the job.
