The 4PROTECT® Workwear bib and brace overalls are built for anyone who stays on the move throughout the working day and needs trousers that keep up rather than hold them back. Thanks to the new stretch fabric and ergonomic cut, freedom of movement is maintained even when kneeling, bending or reaching. An integrated leg extension of up to 5 cm means taller wearers can find the right length without needing a special size, and with 18 sizes ranging from 24 to 64, the overalls cover a very wide range of body types.
The fabric blend of cotton, recycled and conventional polyester plus a share of elastane combines the toughness of classic workwear with noticeable stretch. In practice, this means a comfortable fit that holds up over long shifts, paired with a base fabric built to withstand demanding work. Panels made from genuine CORDURA reinforce the areas that see the most wear, extending the garment's working life exactly where it matters. The various pockets keep tools and small items organised, while the bib with elasticated, adjustable braces ensures a secure fit throughout the shift.
In terms of protection, the overalls meet the basic standard EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021, which sets out general requirements for protective clothing such as ergonomics, harmlessness and labelling. They are also certified to EN 14404-3:2024, a standard for knee protection that confirms a defined level of protection for the knees during kneeling work. As Category II PPE, this is protective equipment designed for medium-level risks.
This makes the overalls suitable for sectors where freedom of movement, durability and knee protection are all required: government and public-sector organisations, industry, logistics, automotive, security services and the events sector.
