The 4PROTECT® PATERSON hi-vis shorts are designed for anyone who needs to stay visible on the job without giving up freedom of movement in warm weather. The close-fitting, ergonomic cut moves naturally with the body, so the shorts stay comfortable and in place during bending, climbing or hands-on work.
The main fabric is a hard-wearing twill blend of polyester and cotton, built to hold up to daily wear on site. The contrast panels add elastane into the mix, giving these areas extra stretch and a noticeably more flexible feel than shorts made from rigid fabric alone - freedom of movement that holds up even after long shifts.
On the protection side, the shorts meet EN ISO 13688:2013, which sets out general requirements for protective clothing, and EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 at class 1. That means they're certified as high-visibility workwear, improving how well you're seen in traffic areas or busy work environments, though class 1 is the lowest of the standard's three visibility levels and is best suited to lower-risk settings.
