The COLUMBIA UV protection T-shirt by 4PROTECT® is designed for anyone who spends a large part of their working day outdoors and exposed to the sun. Available in ten sizes from XXL to 3XL, it suits workers who want reliable UV protection combined with comfortable wear.
The outer fabric combines recycled polyester with TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres sourced from certified or controlled wood sources. This results in a knit that feels naturally soft against the skin and helps maintain a dry feel during the day, a real benefit for physically demanding outdoor work in warm weather. Ribbed cuffs made from 100% polyester add a durable finish at the sleeves.
Tested to EN 13758-2, the shirt achieves a UPF rating of 50+, effectively shielding the skin from intense ultraviolet solar radiation. It also meets the basic requirements of EN ISO 13688 for protective clothing. As PPE category I, it covers essential protection needs for everyday outdoor work.
Typical fields of use include construction and road works, public authorities and organisations, waste management, forestry, garden and agricultural work, landscaping, skilled trades, as well as transport, logistics and warehousing.
