The teXXor® SMS disposable coverall Type 5/6 is a single-use protective suit for anyone working in dusty conditions or facing light liquid splashes, without giving up on comfort. Available in red from size S to 4XL, it suits both occasional use and equipping entire teams on site.
The fabric is a 3-ply SMS nonwoven made from 100% polypropylene, weighing around 55 g/m². This construction keeps the coverall light and breathable, so it stays comfortable even over longer shifts, while still providing a solid barrier against dust and splashes. Elasticated cuffs, ankles and waist ensure a close fit, and thumb loops keep the sleeves in place during movement. The three-piece hood with elastic and the three-piece crotch gusset further improve the fit, while the zip is protected against leakage by a covering flap with adhesive strip.
As Category III PPE, the coverall meets several relevant standards: EN 13982-1 and EN 1073-2 confirm protection against solid particles and radioactive contamination by particulates, EN 13034 and EN 14605 stand for protection against limited liquid splashes and spray, and EN 14126 confirms protection against infective agents. The antistatic treatment complies with EN 1149-5, reducing electrostatic charge build-up, while EN ISO 13688 sets out the general requirements for protective clothing.
This makes the coverall well suited to renovation and refurbishment work, painting and coating jobs, and cleaning tasks, for example in construction, road building, public authorities and organisations, or waste management – wherever high dust levels, light liquid splashes or spray are part of the daily job.
