Product information "teXXor Rain Work Trousers HÖRNUM"
The teXXor® HÖRNUM rain trousers are designed for anyone working outdoors in wet conditions who needs clothing they can rely on. The trousers are fully waterproof, with double-sealed seams that stop moisture getting in at the stitch lines. An elastic waistband keeps the fit secure even during active work, and the leg cuffs can be adjusted with press studs, for example to seal them tightly over boots.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester with a polyurethane coating, weighing around 190 g/m². This combination makes the material tough and hard-wearing while staying flexible enough for comfortable movement, keeping the trousers reliably watertight even during longer stints in the rain.
The trousers meet EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021, which sets the general baseline requirements for protective clothing, as well as EN 343:2019, which assesses protection against rain and outside wetness together with the garment's ability to let water vapour escape from inside. This places the trousers in PPE category I, offering dependable protection against getting soaked while working outdoors.
The HÖRNUM is at home wherever weather protection is part of the job: on construction and road-building sites, with public authorities and organisations, in waste management, in forestry, garden and agricultural work, in landscaping, in trades and craft businesses, and across transport, logistics and warehousing operations.
