The Blaklader 2962 glove is built for anyone who needs a secure grip even when the job gets wet and cold. Its full latex coating on both the palm and outer surface makes the glove entirely waterproof, while the sandy surface finish keeps tools, pipes and building materials from slipping out of wet hands. That makes it a solid choice for anyone working outdoors or in damp conditions where dependable grip really matters.
Underneath the coating sits a double-knit construction: a 13 gauge polyester inner layer topped with a 10 gauge acrylic lining finished with a terry knit on the inside. This combination keeps hands warm without making the glove stiff or bulky, and the terry lining stays comfortable against the skin even during extended wear. The latex coating itself is chrome-free, which helps with skin tolerance over a full shift.
The glove is tested to EN 388 (1132X), which rates resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing and puncture, and to EN 511 (01X), which covers protection against cold. Combined with the base glove standard EN ISO 21420, the 2962 is classified as PPE Category 2, confirming it's built for professional use in wet and cold working conditions.
