The "Winterhude" winter lace-up boot is designed for anyone who needs reliable footing outdoors in cold and wet conditions. With a shaft height of 22.5 cm and width fitting 11, it offers generous room and support, and with sizes ranging from 38 to 52 – including oversizes up to 52 available from stock – it suits a wide range of feet.
The upper is made from lightly embossed, hydrophobic leather that repels moisture while still allowing the foot to breathe. Inside, a fleece lining with a fleece-covered insole keeps feet warm and comfortable, while the padded dust flap and quick-lacing eyelets make for a snug, easy fit. A plastic toe cap combined with a penetration-resistant textile midsole eliminates the so-called cold bridge, so cold from below doesn't easily reach the foot. Reflective details on the side and heel improve visibility in low light.
The boot meets EN ISO 20345 S3 CI SRC: this means a protective toe cap with high resistance, cold insulation through the sole (CI), and slip resistance (SRC) across different surfaces. The antistatic, oil- and acid-resistant PU/PU outsole with an integrated rand adds further protection against mechanical wear and chemical exposure, while the 3M Thinsulate insulation keeps feet warm even in low temperatures. Oversizes from 49 to 52 come with a black nitrile rubber sole. The boot is additionally certified according to DGUV Regel 112-191.
This makes the "Winterhude" a solid choice for outdoor work in winter conditions, such as construction, logistics, municipal services, and other fields where cold, wet ground, and slip hazards shape the working day.
