The Jonas hi-vis pilot jacket is built for anyone who needs to stay visible in traffic or on site while staying dry in bad weather. With a hood built into the collar, a fleece-lined collar and adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop fastening, it is designed for use in changing conditions. Six pockets, including a zipped sleeve pocket and an attached pen and phone pocket on the right chest, provide plenty of storage for daily work.
The outer fabric is PU-coated Oxford polyester, making the jacket windproof and waterproof with a water column rating of 2,000 mm. The seams are welded, closing off potential weak points at the stitching. Inside, the polyester wadding combined with the polyester lining keeps the wearer warm without adding unnecessary bulk. The storm flap over the front zip and the knitted cuffs and hem seal the jacket against draughts.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 class 3, the highest visibility class for hi-vis clothing, as well as EN 343 class 4/1/X for protection against rain and water vapour permeability. It also complies with EN 13688, the general base standard for protective clothing. This makes it suitable for jobs that demand reliable visibility in all weather over long shifts, such as road construction, traffic control or winter maintenance work. A zip in the lining allows for easy logo application, making the jacket a practical choice for outfitting whole teams.
