The Feuerdorn is a high-visibility jacket with integrated cut protection, designed for work that demands both strong visibility and defence against cutting hazards, such as chainsaw or brushcutter operations in landscaping and forestry. Available in orange from size S to 3XL, it suits a wide range of body types.
The outer shell of polyester and cotton provides a sturdy yet comfortable base for daily wear, while the polyester lining makes putting the jacket on and taking it off easy. The cut-resistant insert, made of polyester and polypropylene, is placed in the upper chest and back panels, the sleeves and the collar, exactly where the risk from running saw blades is highest. Comfort features include back ventilation, a fleece inner collar and adjustable sleeve cuffs, while the concealed front zip with a snap-button placket keeps out wind and moisture. The extended back panel gives added coverage when working overhead or bent forward. Four pockets, including an inside pocket, keep tools and personal items organised.
The jacket meets two standards that matter for its intended use. EN 20471 Class 3 is the highest visibility class, making the wearer clearly recognisable in poor light or near road traffic. EN ISO 11393-6 Class 1, Protection Zone Form A, confirms chainsaw cut protection in the tested areas of the jacket and is specifically designed for work with chainsaws.
