The Brugge twill work trousers are built for tradespeople who spend a lot of time on their knees and outdoors, whatever the weather. Available in sizes from 24 to 68, they fit a wide range of body types, making them a practical choice for equipping a whole team.
The outer fabric, a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton at around 245 g/m², strikes a balance between durability and everyday wearing comfort. Triple-stitched seams hold up well under heavy use, while elastic inserts in the waistband allow for freedom of movement. A pre-sewn hem that can be extended by 3 cm without any sewing adds a practical touch, useful when the trousers need to be adjusted for different wearers.
Built-in UV protection with a UPF rating of 40+ is a real benefit during the summer months when long hours are spent working outside. The knee-pad pockets with hook-and-loop fastening are certified to EN 14404:2004+A1:2010 Type 2, Performance Level 1, meaning that, combined with the matching knee pads, they offer genuine protection when kneeling on the job. The trousers also meet EN 13758-2, the standard covering UV protection provided by clothing.
With two side pockets, a thigh pocket with pen slots, two rear pockets and a dedicated ruler pocket, the Brugge offers plenty of storage for tools and small items throughout the working day. It suits tradespeople, construction workers and anyone working outdoors or moving between different job sites.
