Product information "Stronghand Gloves Deering"
The Stronghand® Deering is a seamlessly knitted cut-resistant glove designed for anyone who needs reliable protection without giving up fine motor control. Its close, second-skin fit makes it suitable both as a standalone work glove and as a liner worn under bulkier protective gloves. The mottled blue finish also makes it easy to distinguish from other glove types in daily use.
The shell material, a blend of UHMWPE, polyamide, glass fibre and elastane, is knitted in a fine 13-gauge construction that keeps the glove thin and comfortable to wear. With no coating applied, users retain excellent tactile feedback and breathability, so small parts and tools stay easy to handle. The tight, seamless knit sits close to the hand, avoids chafing and stays comfortable even during extended wear. Being washable up to 60°C, it fits easily into everyday workplace laundering routines.
On the protection side, the Deering covers two key standards. EN 388 addresses mechanical risks such as cuts, abrasion and puncture, while the glove additionally achieves cut level C under EN ISO 13997, a stricter test method that gives a more reliable measure of cut resistance. Under EN 407 it also provides level 1 protection against contact heat. Since the glove is approved for direct contact with all types of food under Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, it is also suitable for tasks where cut protection and food hygiene both matter.
This makes the Deering a good fit for food processing, kitchen work, metalworking and any task combining fine handling with a risk of cuts. Supplied as bulk pack goods with a minimum order of 12 pairs, it is geared towards commercial buyers and is available in sizes 7 to 11.
