The Stronghand® "Radlader" glove is built for work that puts real mechanical strain on the hands, such as operating machinery and vehicles on construction sites and earthmoving operations. The palm and index finger are made from full-grain cowhide leather, while the nail guard, knuckle protection and thumb top are crafted from sturdy split cowhide leather – reinforcing exactly the areas that see the most wear without restricting hand movement.
Double-stitched seams make the glove more resistant to tearing at the seams, and the rubberised cuff keeps it securely in place on the wrist while helping to keep out dirt and small particles. The lined palm improves comfort during extended wear and makes the glove noticeably more pleasant to use in cooler conditions. Finished in natural and yellow leather, it's built to withstand the rough daily demands of a construction site or workshop.
The EN 388 standard confirms protection against mechanical hazards such as abrasion, cuts, tearing and puncture. In practical terms, this means the glove holds up to the everyday strain of gripping, handling and operating machinery parts, tools or building materials.
