The Cushionpro® Xtreme from the elysee® range is a high safety boot built for anyone who needs reliable protection and lasting comfort on wet, cold or uneven ground throughout a full shift. Available in sizes 36 to 48 with width 11, it covers a wide range of foot shapes, making it a practical choice for companies equipping diverse teams.
The upper is made from durable action leather with a waterproof yet breathable membrane, keeping moisture out while letting the foot breathe. The ergonomically shaped, padded shaft edge and the padded tongue in textile and microfibre keep the fit comfortable even during long working hours, while the eyelet lacing allows individual adjustment. Inside, a breathable mesh lining supports a pleasant foot climate, and the removable CushionPro® insole can be swapped for orthopaedic footbeds when needed, cushioning impact with every step.
The boot is certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 in class S7S FO SR SC: the aluminium toe cap protects against impact and compression injuries, the puncture-resistant textile midsole stops sharp objects from below, and the antistatic, slip-resistant TPU outsole provides secure grip on smooth or oily floors. A TPU toe bumper further shields the toe cap from mechanical wear. As the boot is also certified for orthopaedic modifications under DGUV rule 112-191, it suits wearers who rely on custom orthopaedic insoles.
This makes the Cushionpro® Xtreme well suited to construction, industry, logistics and metalworking, where wet and cold conditions combine with heavy loads and foot protection has to deliver comfort alongside safety.
