The Solidstar® Cut is a cut-resistant glove designed for work where hands come into contact with sharp edges, metal sheets or tools. It suits industrial users as well as tradespeople and DIY users who need dexterity for fine motor tasks without giving up protection.
The glove is knitted from a special fibre blend of HPPE, glass fibre, steel fibre, polyester and elastane in a fine 18-gauge construction. This results in a thin, flexible base layer that moulds closely to the hand and stays comfortable even during extended wear. The black sanded nitril coating provides a strong grip on tools and workpieces, holding firm even when surfaces are slightly oily or dusty. An elastic knit cuff keeps the glove snug around the wrist without constricting movement, so it stays in place throughout the working day.
In practice, the Solidstar® Cut proves its worth wherever metal parts, glass, sheet metal or sharp-edged materials are handled, such as in metalworking, warehouse and logistics operations, or assembly work. The fine knit combined with the grippy coating also makes it a strong choice for tasks that demand both protection and precise tactile feedback.
