The Blaklader Service jacket is an industrial-grade work jacket designed for anyone who needs freedom of movement and plenty of storage on the job. Tradespeople, mechanics, drivers, groundworkers and cleaning staff will appreciate the modern, functional cut that delivers a good fit without restricting movement during physical tasks.
The outer fabric is a twill weave made from 55% polyester and 45% cotton, incorporating recycled polyester, at a weight of 270 g/m². This gives the jacket a sturdy, long-lasting feel while keeping it comfortable to wear throughout the day. Since it is unlined, it works well as a transitional jacket or as an extra layer in cooler conditions. The adjustable waist and cuffs with velcro fastening allow you to fine-tune the fit to the weather and your own preference, while the velcro wind flap behind the concealed plastic zip helps keep draughts out.
Storage is clearly a priority in the design: the zippered chest pockets with D-ring provide secure space for smaller items, and the large inner pocket with its own phone compartment is roomy enough for notebooks or drawings. The spacious front pockets come with an extra sewn-on tool pocket, and a concealed ID pocket lets you carry a company badge discreetly. The jacket is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, meaning the textile has been tested for harmful substances – a reassuring detail for anyone wearing it close to the skin all day.
