The Rockman C4 is an industrial safety helmet designed for all working environments where reliable head protection against impact and falling objects is essential. Suited to trades, construction and industrial settings alike, it combines straightforward handling with a sturdy build. The size range of 53 to 62 cm fits most head shapes, and the helmet is available in yellow, white, red and blue, making it easy to colour-code teams or roles on site.
The shell is made from HDPE, giving the helmet a durable yet lightweight feel at around 285 grams. Ventilation openings at the top help keep the head cooler during work, while the extended neck guard and integrated drainage channel offer added protection from wind, rain and dirt around the neck area. Inside, the 4-point suspension with textile shock-absorbing straps ensures a secure fit and even distribution of impact force, the fleece sweatband can be replaced easily when needed, and the neckband is adjusted via a pinlock closure. Accessory slots on the shell allow attachments such as hearing protection to be fitted, and a mount for a chin strap is included, though the strap itself is sold separately.
Certified to EN 397, the helmet provides standardised basic protection for industrial use, including resistance to impact from above. It also withstands temperatures down to -30°C, making it suitable for outdoor work in winter conditions. The helmet has a service life of up to five years from the date of manufacture, giving it a solid lifespan in daily use.
