The Cobra safety glasses from Feldtmann are designed for anyone who needs reliable eye protection at work without sacrificing comfort. Weighing only around 25 grams, they sit lightly on the nose even during extended wear, while the height-adjustable temples and the optional adjustable strap allow for a fit tailored to the individual wearer.
The clear lens is made of polycarbonate, and the frame combines nylon, polycarbonate and TPR in black and grey. This combination makes the glasses sturdy yet flexible enough to sit securely without pinching. The permanently fitted EVA padding adds further comfort. Two coatings make a real difference in daily use: the scratch-resistant coating (marking K) keeps the lens clear despite everyday wear, while the anti-fog coating (marking N) prevents fogging caused by temperature changes or physical exertion.
The glasses meet the EN 166 standard and, according to the FT marking, protect against high-speed particles even at extreme temperatures ranging from -5°C to +55°C. Since the mechanical strength of the frame and lens has been certified separately, the complete eye protector is assigned the lower classification, F, meaning protection against low-energy impact.
