The CoverFlash CF501 from Asatex is a disposable protective coverall designed for work involving an increased risk of contamination, such as handling biologically hazardous substances or tasks requiring protection against particles and liquids. Its three-piece hood, two-way zip with storm flap and attached slip-resistant boot covers combine into a well-thought-out full-body solution that goes on quickly and stays practical even during extended wear.
The coverall is made from polyethylene using Flash-Spun technology, a material known for being extremely lightweight while still forming a dense, breathable barrier. In practice, this means a suit that feels light on the body yet holds up well against particles and liquids. Internal seams reduce skin irritation, while elasticated arms, legs and waist along with thumb loops keep the suit securely in place even during movement.
The garment is certified to EN 14126, a standard covering protective clothing against infective agents, and classified as PPE Category III, Type 5B/6B. This means protection against solid particles (Type 5) and limited liquid splashes (Type 6), each with additional biological testing. That makes the CF501 suitable for tasks where contact with potentially infectious substances cannot be ruled out.
Typical applications include cleaning and disinfection work, medical and laboratory environments, pest control, and waste handling or sanitation tasks with elevated hygiene requirements. Supplied in packs of 25, the coverall is geared towards regular commercial use, where dependable and cost-effective restocking matters most.
